NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT OF COMMERCIAL

For the needs of service and extension of its network, a digital microfinance company in Cameroon is recruiting motivated and ambitious salespeople with a good sense of discernment and mastering at least one of the two official languages ​​to promote its digital products and services.

 

 

 

TASKS TO BE PERFORMED  :

• Prospecting new customers,
• Promotion of the offer of services and products
• Customer portfolio management (resources and commitments)

 

 

 

 

 

RESEARCH PROFILE  :

• Be between 20 and 35 years old,
• Male/female of Cameroonian nationality,
• Level of study: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commercial action
• Professional experience: at least 1 year in a microfinance
• Good ability to develop and manage a client portfolio
• Good physical presentation and speech,
• Critical thinking and sense of teamwork,
• Be of good character.

 

Qualifications and skills required

• Communication
• Initiative
• Good communication skills
• Good presentation
• Writing skills
• Good knowledge of Office Pack
• Bilingual (would be an asset)
