SALES RECRUITMENT
NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT OF COMMERCIAL
For the needs of service and extension of its network, a digital microfinance company in Cameroon is recruiting motivated and ambitious salespeople with a good sense of discernment and mastering at least one of the two official languages to promote its digital products and services.
TASKS TO BE PERFORMED :
- Prospecting new customers,
- Promotion of the offer of services and products
- Customer portfolio management (resources and commitments)
RESEARCH PROFILE :
- Be between 20 and 35 years old,
- Male/female of Cameroonian nationality,
- Level of study: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commercial action
- Professional experience: at least 1 year in a microfinance
- Good ability to develop and manage a client portfolio
- Good physical presentation and speech,
- Critical thinking and sense of teamwork,
- Be of good character.
Qualifications and skills required
- Communication
- Initiative
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation
- Writing skills
- Good knowledge of Office Pack
- Bilingual (would be an asset)
