SALES REPRESENTATIVE – GRAPHICS SYSTEM SA Cameroon

MISSION




Prospecting and business development

Identify and approach new customers (companies, communication agencies, industries, publishing houses, etc.).
Carry out prospecting actions (phoning, emailing)
Expand and maintain the professional network.
Customer management and monitoring




Analyze customer needs and propose suitable printing solutions (offset, digital, flexography, screen printing, packaging, labels, etc.).
Negotiate contracts and prepare quotes in accordance with the company’s pricing strategy.
Ensure order tracking and coordination
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market monitoring and competitive intelligence

Monitor developments in the printing sector and new trends.
Propose areas for improvement and business development strategies.




PROFILE SOUGHT
Prerequisites:

At least 5 years of professional experience as a salesperson in a printing company.

Knowledge:

Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
Good knowledge of printing techniques and media.

Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Mastery of IT tools.
Personal qualities:

Dynamism and autonomy.
Good adaptability, availability.
Interpersonal skills and strength of proposal.
Organization and stress management.
Team spirit and ability to collaborate with teams.
Level of study:




Bacc+2 in business, communication or any other equivalent diploma.
