*Sales Representative M/F – CFAO Mobility*

 


We are looking for a Sales Representative M/F based in: Cameroon Job description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative. Position directly reporting to the Sales Manager, he/she will be responsible for ensuring the sale of all our products and services and contract renewals according to the objectives set; to advance the fleet of vehicles with existing customers; to increase our portfolio by transforming potential prospects into new customers; to monitor and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. The Candidate will have to: Regularly visit customers under contract and monitor their satisfaction as well as projects that could generate a fleet extension; Negotiate renewals; Ensure monitoring of the competition of all our products and services in terms of performance (new customers, progress with acquired customers) and offers (new services); Report customer dissatisfaction or requests and make proposals for their treatment;

Manage a relational network to obtain information on projects (bank, insurance, dealership salespeople, etc.);
Visit identified potential customers and convince them to take our products and services or to put us in competition with their current suppliers;
Ensure reporting of commercial activity and monitoring of business in our dedicated software (CREATIO);
Ensure deliveries to customers and guarantee their satisfaction with deadlines and vehicles delivered;
Carry out all other tasks relating to the service (monitoring purchase orders, payment claims, etc.);
Initiate offers;
Etc.




Profile sought:

Hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commercial Action and/or Sales and Commercial Negotiation;
Have a good knowledge of the automotive sector;

Have a perfect understanding of prospecting, negotiation and sales techniques;
Have at least (03) three years of experience in the sales and / or rental sector (experience in the automotive sector would be an asset);




Have a very high sense of work and good analytical skills;
Be attentive, sensitive to details and precision in the execution of tasks with a work approach focused on results and negotiation;
Be an excellent communicator and have a high sense of organization;
Be willing and available to make regular trips to portfolio clients in the city of Yaoundé and its outskirts;




Have a perfect command of French and English;
Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office pacK, and other internal software specific to the activity;
Hold a category B driving license and be fit to drive.
