Job Description: Site and Service Manager: Cleaning Company

Work Location:  Company Headquarters and Operations Sites

Contract Type:

Fixed-term Contract Reporting to: Owner

Supervises: On-site supervisors, administrative staff, and cleaning staff

Main Duties

• Ensure the daily management of the cleaning company.
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations on sites.
• Manage the administrative, financial and logistical aspects of the company.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality of services.
• Develop the business through resource optimization and the acquisition of new contracts.

Operational Management Responsibilities

:

• • Coordinate the activities of supervisors and cleaning staff.
  • Ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards on sites.
  • Manage daily operational issues and find quick solutions.

  Administration and Finance:

  • Monitor company budgets and expenses.
  • Manage invoicing and ensure that accounts are properly maintained.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports for the owner or management.

  Customer Relations:

  • Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve any complaints or problems reported by customers.
  • Ensure customer loyalty and the acquisition of new contracts.

  Personnel Management:

  • • Recruit, train and supervise supervisors and cleaning agents.
    • Organize regular meetings with teams to take stock of activities. ● Motivate employees and ensure a good working environment.

  
  
  
  

  Strategic Development:

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Suggest ideas to improve services and attract new customers. ● Ensure compliance with current laws and standards.

  Profile

  Experience: Minimum 3 years in a management or administrative position, ideally in a similar field.

  Education: Degree in Management, Administration, or equivalent experience.

  Skills:

  • Financial and administrative management skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.

  Job Description: Monitoring Engineer Intern

  Job Purpose:

  The Monitoring Engineer Intern assists the Project Management Team in the day-to-day monitoring of construction activities on site. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of civil engineering and construction management.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Construction Supervision: Help monitor construction site activities to ensure they meet plans, deadlines, and quality and safety standards.
  • Progress Reports: Prepare daily and weekly reports on the progress of work and identify any deviations from the planned schedule.
  • Documentation: Assist in documenting construction processes, including data entry and project file management.
  • Communication: Participate in site meetings and act as liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Technical Analysis: Assist in the technical analysis of construction plans and propose modifications to improve efficiency.
  • Problem Management: Help identify and resolve technical issues encountered on the site.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Have at least 01 year of experience in the same field – Basic knowledge of the principles of construction engineering. – Oral and written communication skills in French.
  • Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel and CAD software.
  • Proactivity and strong motivation to learn and contribute to large-scale projects.

  Internship duration: 6 months.

  Hours: Full time.

  Work location:

  • Various construction sites located throughout Cameroon, with a main base in Yaoundé and Douala.
  • The internship is paid according to the company policy
