SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR – CECIC SA – Credit and Savings for the Financing of Trade and Industry in Cameroon

We are recruiting a senior internal auditor.

As part of its staff expansion, the

microfinance institution CECIC SA is actively seeking an internal auditor.

MISSIONS

Develop and implement the internal audit plan:

– Design the internal audit frameworks and tools: – Ensure the institution’s compliance.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

– Ensure regular monitoring of the implementation of recommendations issued both in the context

of internal and external audit missions;

– Design operational internal audit tools

– Carry out internal audit missions:

– Develop the annual internal audit plan;

– Review, evaluate and assess internal control systems:

– Design operational internal audit tools;

Participate in the establishment of specialized committees of the Board of Directors: – Supervise the audit team.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel); Financial data analysis skills; proficiency in audit techniques; good command of COBAC regulations; proficiency in accounting and financial standards specific to the microfinance sector; ability to write procedures; Managerial skills; proficiency in banking software (Sopra banking) would be an asset. PERSONAL QUALITIES

REQUIRED PROFILE

-Training: Minimum LICENSE in Economics, Accounting, Control and Audit. -Experience: minimum five (05) years of experience in control, audit in the field of microfinance or banking;

-Good command of the banking or microfinance environment.
