Reporting to the Company’s Financial and Accounting Director (DFC), the Senior Management Controller’s mission is to:
Assist the Managers in the operational and strategic management of the company
Develop annual and monthly budget forecasts based on the guidelines of the General Management and in liaison with the various Operational Departments;
Set up tools to control the achievement of the forecasts defined above with the implementation of dashboards intended for the Operational Departments and the General Management; he will have to determine the key indicators of the various dashboards;
Set up an analytical accounting system to determine and analyze the cost prices of products as well as the corresponding analytical results,
Determine avenues for improvement for increased profitability;
Analyze the results obtained and propose corrective actions to the various
Operational Departments and the General Management with a view to improving them,
> Conduct decision-making support studies at the request of the General Management;
Develop a relationship of trust and effective communication with the various Operational Departments and the General Management of the company;

PROFILE/SKILLS
Candidates for this position must •
Hold a BAC+4/5 in Management, Accounting, Finance, Audit, Management Control or any other relevant field, in particular engineers with good knowledge of financial and operational processes;
Have at least 5 years of experience in a Management Control Department, preferably in a reputable agri-food company or in a recognized audit firm;
Ability to successfully manage high-priority projects with diverse stakeholders and deliver high-quality work;
Proven oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively prepare, present and discuss the results of his/her work in an engaging, clear and precise manner.
Proactive and innovative, with an open and collegial working style.
Must be able to listen and integrate ideas from diverse backgrounds and collaborate with others;
> Have an excellent command of French and a good knowledge of English,
