ECOBANK CAMEROUN SA is recruiting for the needs of its services, (01) Senior Officer, Delivery Service able to work throughout the national territory.
This position is based in Douala.

I. JOB OBJECTIVES
Under the supervision of the Head of Delivery Service, the incumbent is responsible for:
Deployment, evolution, security and support of the bank’s digital services (ATM, POS,
Internet/Mobile Banking, Mobile Wallets, e-Alert, etc.).
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support, performance monitoring via automated dashboards
(ETL/BI), and ensure the alignment of digital platforms with business needs.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor electronic banking products.
Ensure the deployment of electronic products for all TSG, CSB, CMB departments according to
group standards (ATM, POS, INTERNET BANKING e-Alert, Omni, Mobile Apps and others).
Manage Group Projects regarding upgrades of electronic products or new

Products.
Ensure the availability of card printers, POS, card production platform.
Supervise multi-site ATM/POS fleets (NCR, APTRA): OS/application deployment,
security patches, incidents, upgrades.
Provide technical support to branches (Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365).
Manage support platforms (SysAid, GLPI) and operating statistics.
Train ATM operators and intervene on malfunctions.
Collaborate with Retail Ops teams and suppliers to ensure equipment availability.
Ensure SLA and partner relationship management.
Conduct technology monitoring on digital products and solutions.
Design and automate dashboards via Power BI, SQL, Talend, Python or Java.

III. JOB PROFILE
Education
BAC+5 in IT, with a specialization in networks and/or Developments.
Appreciated skills or certifications: NCR APTRA, ISO 8583, EMV, Power BI, SQL, Switch Card, ITIL, PMP

Experience
Solid professional experience in administration of large networks with
centralized architecture (multinational) / or in application development. Good command of OSI, TCP / IP.
Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Server databases.
Good technical knowledge of computer equipment.
Average knowledge of electronics.
Knowledge of ATM operation; POS
Solid experience in the management of Mobile Banking, Internet Banking platforms.
Minimum 3 years in multi-site ATM/POS fleet management, digital platform administration, or
reporting solution development.
Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365 environments
. Good knowledge of local and CEMAC regulations.
Experience in ETL development (Talend), Power BI, SQL, Java, Python.
Knowledge of Flexcube Corebanking would be an asset.
