Created in 1972, the Union Camerounaise de Brasseries (UCB) is one of the pioneering brewing companies in Cameroon and the largest Cameroonian-owned brewery.

Positioned in the market for drinks and specialty beers, our brewery produces thousands of hectoliters every month, which are marketed in glass bottles, PET bottles, and kegs.

SENIOR RISK ANALYST

Department: Audit, Controls, and Risk Management

MISSION:

Assess and monitor the mitigation of operational, financial, regulatory, environmental, and commercial risks to ensure business continuity, compliance, and product quality.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Analyze risks related to the supply chain;

Evaluate regulatory compliance risks;

Identify environmental risks related to operational impacts;

Assess operational and financial risks related to reporting errors, efficiency losses, or fraud;

Design and implement mitigation plans to reduce the impact of identified risks;

Monitor performance indicators of risk management plans;

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to incidents or anomalies to identify trends;

Write detailed reports for management, highlighting vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities;

Provide strategic recommendations based on risk analysis to optimize process resilience.

PROFILE:

Bac+5 in Audit, Internal Control, Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management;

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in internal control, internal audit, or risk management, ideally in the brewing or agri-food sector;

Mastery of risk management, audit, and internal control frameworks (ISO 31000, IIA Standards);

Knowledge of accounting and financial standards.
