SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE (F/M) – FIRST MERCANTILE AFRICAN

In order to develop its activities, the company First Mercantile African Sarlu, specialized in the distribution of agri-food products, is looking for a SENIOR COMMERCIAL M/F!!!

The SENIOR SALES MAN attached to the sales department will be responsible for ensuring the management and development of the customer portfolio and developing the company’s market share in the area covered.

He/she recruits and retains new customers and ensures optimal coverage as well as quality referencing.

 

 

 

Required :

* mastery of sales techniques, activation of sales vectors and distribution channels

* design and implementation of promotional action plans

 

* target and prospect potential customers, monitor and develop recruited customers

* mastery of techniques for launching a new product and/or brand

* scrupulously respect the maintenance of commercial documents and reporting deadlines

* carry out competitive intelligence

 

 

 

 

Profile :

*Academic level: minimum bac+2 in marketing-commerce-sales

*Professional experience: 3 years in a similar position

* Driving license A and B required

* Being bilingual is an asset

* Mastering the region of west and/or northwest Cameroon would be an asset
