is recruiting for the needs of its services,
which can operate throughout the national territory.
This position is based in Douala.
(01) Service Officer, Infrastructure Desktop and Network Support




I. JOB OBJECTIVES
Under the supervision of the Head of Infrastructure, he is responsible for the deployment, development, and
administration of the bank’s PCs and printers.
He monitors the bank’s computer rooms and ensures compliance with standards.
He monitors the network infrastructure and its availability.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that existing sites comply with the Group’s LAN/WAN standards.
Supervise/Monitor the LAN/WAN network using the appropriate tools: Ensure that all connections
(Primary and Backup) are UP.
Ensure the processing of any detected incident or anomaly (diagnosis and resolution) by managing
interventions.




Implement and maintain security policies on PCs, Servers, and routers.
Control the use of and access to IT tools in accordance with standards.
Manage the assistance service, Helpdesk, and user support.
Ensure that all workstations in the branches are functional and efficient.
Ensure that all printers in the branch are working.
Ensure regular maintenance of the IT equipment.
Ensure the creation of user profiles in the internal directory.
Monitor/Supervise ATMs.
Report any anomalies to the custodians or the technical team for necessary action.

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure monthly maintenance of the installations. Keep all maintenance records.
Ensure the correction of any anomalies.
In relation with suppliers, ensure permanent technological monitoring of products and
technologies.
Management of Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Third Parties
Group Maintenance and UPS Main Branch
Relations with Third Parties




III. JOB PROFILE
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 support (Teams, Intune, MDATP).
Minimum 3 years in medium-sized network administration (centralized architecture).
Mastery of OSI, TCP/IP, VoIP, VPN, PPPoE protocols.
Good knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Enterprise environments.
Personal Qualities
Analytical mind, technological curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
Proactivity, autonomy, rigor and sense of service.
Ability to work in a team, manage pressure, and take initiative. Minimum 3-year




degree in computer science. Technical certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, Fortigate, etc.) are highly desirable, with at least 2 years of experience.
