The hotel RESIDENCE LA FALAISE AKWA is looking for Drivers

The Shuttle Driver is the first person guests meet upon arrival at the RESIDENCE LA FALAISE AKWA hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

His job under the responsibility of the Head of Reception consists of:

• Meet guests at the airport until their arrival at the Hotel;
• Deliver their luggage to concierge agents and track missing baggage;
• Accompany guests to the airport when they leave the Hotel;
• In support of other services, may be required to ensure the errands of the company and customers;
• If necessary, informs customers about the services of the establishment;
• Ensures optimal customer satisfaction by constantly adopting a commercial attitude towards customers
• Is responsible for the proper functioning of his work tool (The mini bus);

• Flexibility and availability;
• Interpersonal skills and enthusiasm;
• Good presentation and smiling;
• Autonomy;
• Practicing English is an asset, that of a second foreign language is a plus.
