Fashion Queens is a workshop for training and making ready-to-wear clothes.

ASSIGNMENTS

Ensure the professional realization of all clothing confections in the workshop.

Main activities :

–  Design the models to be made

–  Determine supply/material needs, place orders and track inventory

–  Realize / supervise the development of sewing patterns

–  Realize / supervise the cutting of fabrics

–  Supervise the making of uniforms

–  Carry out fittings / alterations and / or finishes to adapt the costume / uniform to a request or to a morphology

–  Supervise the ironing

Management of its employees:

–  Strengthen the capacities of employees

–  Define the missions and objectives of its employees

–  Organize the activities of the collaborators

–  Supervise, coordinate and animate his collaborators

–  Evaluate the skills of its employees and ensure their periodic interviews

PROFILE

Required Skills

Master and apply the techniques of patronage, cutting, assembly

Master and apply sewing techniques and use of clothing machines

Know the different dressing procedures

Know the textiles and materials (technical characteristics)

Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience

Other assets: High sense of organization and planning, Disciplined, Availability

Start date : Position to be filled as soon as possible
