Job Summary
As a Showroom Sales Agent at Glotelho Yaoundé, you will be the face of our company, creating a positive and engaging experience for every customer who walks through the door. You will be responsible for greeting customers, showing our products with passion and knowledge, and helping them find the perfect solutions for their needs. You’ll also play a key role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
Main Responsibilities
• Welcome customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, patiently addressing questions and concerns.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge by showingcasing features and benefits, and explaining how products meet customer needs.
• Assist customers in prod selection, guiding them towards the best options based on their budget and requirements.
• Actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales potential.
• Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment, ensuring optimal product presentation.
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions.
Qualifications and Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Retail sales experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of technology and electronics (plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (has more).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift moderate weight.
