Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the SINGA programs, all candidates must go through the following criteria, for instance;
- All candidates must have good written and spoken English language skills.

- You can provide any language certificate in case of need.
- All candidates from the field of science and engineering are eligible to apply for Ph.D. programs.
- Any other study field is not eligible to apply for SINGA programs.

- Passport-sized photo (in jpeg or png format)
- All academic transcripts must be in English translation.
- Academic transcripts of Bachelor and Master.
- Bachelor’s certificate/displacement (s)
- Certification letter from the institute in your application if your certificate/displacement still needs to be awarded.
- Two recommendation reports (completed and submitted online by the arbitrators).

- Search for a Ph.D. project.
- Prepare and submit all required documents.
- All documents must be submitted in soft copies through an online application process.
- Referees must submit the reference letters directly to the SINGA portal.
- The application process will be complete once at least the referees submit reference letters.
- Make sure to apply 2 weeks before the application deadline because once the application is submitted and your referees receive an email, they will have seven days to complete and send the reference letters.
