Job Description: Site and Service Manager: Cleaning Company

Work Location:  Company Headquarters and Operations Sites

Contract Type:

Fixed-term Contract Reporting to: Owner

Supervises: On-site supervisors, administrative staff, and cleaning staff




Main Duties

  • Ensure the daily management of the cleaning company.
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations on sites.
  • Manage the administrative, financial and logistical aspects of the company.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and quality of services.
  • Develop the business through resource optimization and the acquisition of new contracts.

Operational Management Responsibilities

:

  • Coordinate the activities of supervisors and cleaning staff.
  • Ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards on sites.
  • Manage daily operational issues and find quick solutions.



Administration and Finance:

  • Monitor company budgets and expenses.
  • Manage invoicing and ensure that accounts are properly maintained.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports for the owner or management.

Customer Relations:

  • Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve any complaints or problems reported by customers.
  • Ensure customer loyalty and the acquisition of new contracts.

Personnel Management:

  • Recruit, train and supervise supervisors and cleaning agents.
  • Organize regular meetings with teams to take stock of activities. ● Motivate employees and ensure a good working environment.

Strategic Development:

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Suggest ideas to improve services and attract new customers. ● Ensure compliance with current laws and standards.

Profile

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a management or administrative position, ideally in a similar field.

Education: Degree in Management, Administration, or equivalent experience.




Skills:

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Financial and administrative management skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.

Personal qualities:

  • Proactivity, rigor, autonomy and team spirit.
  • Working conditions
  • Position based at headquarters with regular visits to sites.
  • Flexible hours to meet operational needs.
  • Working in collaboration with field teams and the owner.
