Location: 10 regions of Cameroon
The main mission of the Account Manager is to ensure, under the authority of the Branch Manager or the Space I Manager, the operation, management and development of a portfolio of customers and prospects, and developing relationship banking by providing a high level of customer satisfaction through quality services.
Your daily missions
Develop and manage the portfolio of customers and prospects
Identify the sources of growth of its portfolio within its environment in order to carry out potentially profitable prospecting actions
Use the reports provided by the support services to guide its commercial action
Analyze the specific needs of the customer and concretize the sale
Advise customers and prospects on products and services adapted to their needs
Sell banking products and services, in order to increase the rate of equipment.
Quality
Welcome and listen to customers and prospects
Ensure the proper outcome of current customer transactions (cheques, transfers, direct debits, credit maturities, forcing, etc.) in compliance with the procedures in force.
Compliance and Operational Risks
Set up and follow up until the implementation of credit files on time
Compliance with the Credit Granting Policy (POC) in force
Regularly check limits and commitments on customers
Initiate pre-litigation actions
Facilitate the collection of debts in connection with specialized businesses
Apply group rules in the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism
Take appropriate measures or report alerts on subjects carrying operational risks to their hierarchy.
Profile
Minimum BAC+3 in B Marketing, Banking, Finance, Commercial action, Management or equivalent discipline
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in commercial banking
Have good computer skills (office pack)
Have a category B driving license
SKILLS
Business skills: Knowing the banking offer intended for private customers, knowing how to implement customer interview, sales, negotiation and prospecting techniques, mastering the rules relating to compliance, the fight against fraud and money laundering, KYC and reliability of the customer file, have a good general economic and financial culture, be comfortable in English.
Behavioral skills: Result orientation, Customer orientation, sense of risk, ability to negotiate, team spirit, spirit of synthesis, tenacity.
