*SOCIETE GENERALE CAMEROUN IS LOOKING FOR PREMIUM CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS FOR ITS WEALTH CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT Job Category: 8 Location: Garoua The main mission of the Premium Client Manager is to ensure, under the authority of the Area Manager I, the operation, management and development of a portfolio of clients and prospects, and to develop relationship banking by providing a high level of client satisfaction through quality services . Your daily missions Develop and manage the portfolio of customers and prospects  Identify sources of growth in your portfolio within your environment with a view to carrying out potentially profitable prospecting actions  Use the reports provided by the support services to guide your sales action  Analyze the specific needs of the customer and finalize the sale  Advise customers and prospects on the products and services adapted to their needs  Sell banking products and services, with a view to increasing the equipment rate. Quality  Welcome and listen to customers and prospects  Ensure the smooth running of customers’ day-to-day operations (checks, transfers, direct debits, credit deadlines, forcing, etc.) in compliance with current procedures. Compliance and Operational Risks  Set up and monitor credit files until they are set up on time  Compliance with the Credit Granting Policy (POC) in force  Regularly monitor limits and commitments to customers  Initiate pre-litigation actions  Facilitate the recovery of debts in connection with specialized professions  Carry out the entry into relationship while respecting compliance aspects  Ensure compliance and compliance with rules and procedures  Apply group rules on the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism  Continuously integrate and ensure the reliability of information in the information system (opening accounts and handling product and service contracts sold)  Take appropriate measures or report alerts on subjects carrying operational risks to its hierarchy.
