SOGEA-SATOM brings together VINCI Construction’s permanent activities in Africa, where it has carried out all construction trades for more than 100 years: road and earthworks, hydraulic works, civil engineering and building.

Present in some twenty countries, SOGEA-SATOM brings together more than 14,000 employees of 28 different nationalities.

We are looking for a Head of Agency for our structure in Cameroon to ensure the sustainability and development of our activities in this territory.

Reporting to the Regional Director, and independently of the agency, you are responsible for the technical, financial and commercial management of the activity on your perimeter, and its development, in accordance with the orientations set by the management and in compliance with the Group’s policies.

Your main missions are the:

• Technical, functional and organizational management: you ensure the proper functioning of the agency, in compliance with the standards, in particular, productivity, quality, overall performance and ethics of the company
• Sales management and development: you develop and manage your agency’s order book. You ensure the development of your commercial network in line with the company’s management and strategy
• Financial and economic management: you are the guarantor of the result of your activity.
• You are the guarantor of the progress of your projects in compliance with the Group’s safety and environmental policy that you are in charge of disseminating.
• Management of people in accordance with VINCI values: you ensure the development of women and men by ensuring that the social climate is maintained and working conditions are maintained; you ensure the adequacy of resources to the needs of your market and you ensure the application of the Vinci Code of Ethics and Conduct and compliance with the Guide to Human Rights

Profile

• Higher education type Bac +5 Engineering School or Business School, you justify a confirmed experience in this function, ideally acquired in the construction sector.
• Your ability to adapt, your agility, your interpersonal skills, your curiosity and your rigor will allow you to fully carry out these missions.

Candidate criteria:

• Minimum level of education required: Bac +5
• Minimum level of experience required: Greater than 8 years
