Position: Garage Manager.

 

 

 

Profile:

• Being male
• Be between 33 and 45 years old
• Hold a BAC + 2 or more in automotive after-sales maintenance
• Proof of professional experience of at least 05 years as garage manager

Missions:

• Plan, organize and coordinate daily garage activity
• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of company vehicles;
• Record the work carried out and write reports to identify recurring breakdowns
• Manage, monitor and validate internal and external work;
• Issue, track and validate purchase requests related to the garage;
• Plan the activity of garage staff and distribute them to positions
• Evaluate the profitability of each employee
• Train staff on procedures, techniques, instructions, work tools

 

 

 

• Have a good knowledge of general mechanics as well as specialized mechanics concepts (light trucks, heavy trucks and machinery);
• Identify supply needs, refueling, equipment, and place orders (tools, spare parts, fuel

SKILLS:

• Master the operation of vehicles and maintenance work;
• Master the management of a maintenance workshop;
• Have a good knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
