Soyabeans Processing Industry of Cameroon (SOPROICAM) is looking for as part of its activities 01 Marketing Supervisor

 

 

 

 

Main mission

Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager, he/she will be responsible for:

• Contribute to the development of the company’s strategy
• Carry out market research and competitive intelligence
• Develop, implement and evaluate the company’s marketing plan
• Improve communication and management of the brand image of SOPROICAM and its products
• Develop strategies for customer experience and satisfaction

 

 

 

 

Knowledge and skills required

• Experience within a Trade Marketing department. Brand Marketing or related industry in FMCG with experience in brand portfolio management.
• Mastery of marketing and sales fields and tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Mastery of negotiation techniques.
• Ability to statistically analyze data on different channels
• Visionary, curious and creative.
• Ability to adapt, understand, and anticipate depending on the interlocutors/problems. 
• English/French bilingualism is an advantage.
• Bac+3/4/5 in Marketing/Sales or any other related field. Minimum 5 years of experience ideally.
