GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Teleworking position
The assistant plays an essential role in administrative and organizational support within the company. It ensures effective management of the director’s daily activities, facilitates internal and external communication, and contributes to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. As a key point of contact, the assistant must demonstrate professionalism, discretion and exceptional organizational skills.

ASSIGNMENTS :
- Organize and manage the agenda of the promoter, plan meetings, appointments.
- Prepare emails, reports, presentations and other administrative documents.
- Facilitate internal communication between the promoter and the various team members.
- Ensure the management and archiving of important documents, contracts and company reports in the drive.
- Maintain an effective filing system to facilitate access to necessary information.
- Follow the tasks assigned to the director and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Remind you of important deadlines and upcoming meetings.
- Attend meetings with the director to take notes, prepare minutes and follow up on actions to be taken.
- Participate in the organization of internal or external events, as appropriate.
- Create visuals / flyers on Canva Pro.
- Publish the visuals on the company’s social networks.
PROFILE :
- Graduate degree in administration, secretarial or related field.
- Relevant professional experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and/or English.

- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
