With proven experience with more than ten (10) distribution agencies, Agri-Shop Sarl is today one of the leaders in the distribution sector of phytosanitary products in Cameroon. As part of a policy of conquering the market, it is looking for motivated people able to adapt to internal and external realities. The purpose of this offer is to provide the Bafia area with a stock manager.

JOB BRIEF

Under the supervision of the Management, the inventory manager will have to manage and optimize inventory management to minimize the level of stocks without risking shortages, and therefore, he will answer all questions related to his position. The details of the responsibilities are as follows:

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision of agency storekeeper(s)Be attentive to the needs of agencies;
• Supervision of orders for agency procurement

• Supervision and counting of entries into stocks of goods Supervision and counting of goods released to customers and general management
• The escalation to the hierarchy of all information related to the stock (quantity, quality and price);
• Supervision of shelf traffic and store storage;
• Updating, in collaboration with salespeople and warehouse workers, stock movements in the software intended for this purpose;
• Any other duties assigned by management in connection with the handling and management of inventory;
• Any other task entrusted to him by the management with a view to the proper functioning of the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum Baccalaureate+2
• Professional experience: Minimum two (02) years, including internship
• Knowledge of Saari business management software Good knowledge of the field (we will have a preference for candidates who already live on site):
• Good oral and written communication skills: High moral and ethical rigour;
• Know how to work in a team
• Knowing how to work under pressure
• Know how to set priorities
• Autonomous person, able to formulate relevant conclusions and recommendations.

N.B: The successful candidate will undergo an update training of up to two weeks at the Directorate located in Yaoundé.
