STORE MANAGER
HSD- MELT is looking for one of its customers in the industrial sector. 01 (a) Store Manager, to support the development of its activities in Douala, Cameroon.
The Store Manager supervises the activity and management of the store under the responsibility of the Development and Export Director. He coordinates all activities related to the animation of the store. It participates in achieving or exceeding the revenue objectives defined for its scope.
MAIN ACTIVITIES* Develop turnover and achieve its objectives
* Implement our customer charter, advise customers and manage complaints* Ensure the management of goods flows in real time (Order, Control, turning, Inputs and Exits)

Inventory
Manage, animate, train, manage the sedentary sales teams of his store in order to implement the commercial offer as part of the Company policy* Ensure regular control on the follow-up of action plans, work done and turnover
* Apply HSE procedures for the safety of workers, customers and facilities
* Ensure the efficiency and quality of the customer journey for a satisfactory
store experience
* Receive administrative correspondence and report information to senior management

Education and experience required
• Minimum bac + 3 in a commercial, marketing, management discipline or equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional
experience• Fluency in French and English
• Professional or life experience in Europe would be a plus
