| Main activities

· Contribute to compliance with TTM Governance within the company in alignment with OCM’s global Governance
§ Contribute to the preparation of the Orange Cameroon Operational Committee and participate in the implementation of new products, services and projects in accordance with the strategic axes § Participate in the control of deliverables of files submitted for validation in accordance with the TTM reference document § Ensure compliance with the programming of T4 project milestones § Carry out secretarial work and archiving of decision reports. § Define, deploy, maintain, improve, ensure the use/compliance with tools and processes to ensure the alignment of projects with the company’s strategy § Coordinate the proper execution, operational management, monitoring and reporting of strategic projects in conjunction with project managers.
· Ensure strategic animation within the company § Lead the community of PMOs in charge of transformation (PMO Strategic Champions, PMO Battles, PMO cross-functional strategic projects, etc.) § Coordinate the organization and management of steering committees for cross-functional strategic projects (Bataille and Hors Bataille) § Be a support and assistance center for cross-functional project teams § Organize the strategic groupings of the strategic transformation program § Contribute to the development and effective operation of the OCM Transformation program performance monitoring tool § Provide support to strategic project managers in the execution of Orange Cameroon’s cross-functional strategic projects § Ensure the archiving of steering files for cross-functional strategic projects
· Manage the projects assigned to him/her § Identify the needs and resources necessary for the success of the projects entrusted to him/her § Supervise the teams dedicated to managing these projects § Carry out all necessary due diligence under the supervision of his hierarchy to achieve the set objectives § Carry out regular reporting to your hierarchy |
Qualifications
| Prerequisites | Typical training: BAC + 5 Engineering / Management / Marketing / Commerce / Finance |
| Minimum experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Cross-functional Project Management and/or External Partner Management. |
