MAIN MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES :

Main missions ·          Participate in updating the company’s strategic plan

·          Drive the company’s strategic KPIs and report on the performance of the company’s strategic plan

·          Carry out analysis of investment opportunities

·          Drive the performance of all entities in the WholeSales, Strategy & Projects Office Division

Main activities ·          Participate in updating the company’s strategic plan

    • ­  Ensure compliance with the local schedule for updating the strategic plan
    • ­  Create the OCM strategic plan file in coordination with all the professions and under the management of the Strategic Studies PMO and the WSP SM
    • ­  Submit the strategic plan file on time by carrying out all necessary due diligence
    • ­  Ensure the archiving of files and contributions to the strategic plan

 ·          Drive the company’s strategic KPIs and report on the performance of the company’s strategic plan

    • ­  Update, verify the completeness and quality of the information contained in the strategic BSC
    • ­  Execute the project to interface the strategic performance management tool with the OCM Business Intelligence / Big Data teams;
    • ­  Perform the quality review of the data reported by the departments in the strategic Balance Score Card
    • ­  Prepare the monthly report presenting the performance of the business strategy within the required timeframe
    • ­  Ensure the management of the performance of strategic projects (Battles and other REPERES projects) in collaboration with the PMOs of the WSP Division
    • ­  Set up and continually improve the Dashboard for steering Battles and other strategic projects of the REPERES transformation plan;
    • ­  Ensure consistency of Battle reporting with the strategic Balance Score Card
    • ­  Prepare the monthly report presenting the performance of the Battles and other strategic projects of the REPERES transformation plan

·          Carry out analysis of investment opportunities

    • ­  Produce studies and Corporate Strategy benchmarks for the General Management
    • ­  Establish Business Models and other economic simulations/modeling based on the requests and needs of General Management
    • ­  Manage the evolution of hypotheses by monitoring investments made following the established business cases

 

·          Drive the performance of all entities in the WholeSales, Strategy & Projects Office Division

    • ­  Build the 360° steering Dashboard for all departments of the Division
    • ­  Support the services/departments of the WholeSales, Strategy & Projects Office Division in getting to grips with their dashboard for effective management of their activity
    • ­  Prepare the Division’s weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports and dashboards within the required deadlines
    • ­  Develop and implement all the procedures necessary for the proper functioning of its activity

 

Qualifications

Prerequisites

Typical training  : BAC + 5 Business school, Engineer Statistician Economist / Data Scientist / Analytical or quantitative Marketing

Minimum experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a mobile phone company or in banking in the fields of Business intelligence, data mining, Management control or in a statistical studies / audit / strategy consulting firm
