STUDY AND PROJECT MANAGER

GOLF OF GUINEA ENGINEERING limited liability company created in 2012, specializing in Civil Engineering and Metal Construction, is looking for candidates for the position of STUDY AND PROJECT MANAGER for the needs of its services in the city of Douala .

 

 

Job content

• Carry out site visits to take measurements;
• Carry out structural calculations and calculation notes;
• Produce overall and detailed plans;
• Produce and propose responses to calls for tenders (costing and quantitative quotes);
• Permanently update service offering models so that they are increasingly competitive;
• Ensure the preparation and assembly of site files following internal procedures;
• Ensure from the technical file the availability of the various tools and means allowing the execution of the work;
• Coordinate and manage the work to ensure optimal results for the client in terms of quality, costs and deadlines;
• Control the different deliverables by task, batch and for the entire project;
• Monitor the progress of projects and the level of commitment of project resources;
• Monitor the execution of work and check reports from site managers/team leaders;
• Ensure compliance with the specifications during the execution of the work;
• Take charge of managing the work schedule;
• Ensure compliance with the budgetary and technical constraints linked to each project;
• Anticipate receipt of work and related invoicing.

 

 

Profile/key skills

• Hold an industrial construction engineering degree;
• Have at least 3 years of relevant continuous work experience in a similar position;
• Have an excellent working knowledge of MS office;
• Have excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD;
• Be able to schematize plans using software: CAD and 2 and 3D CAD
• Have the ability to work with projects involving various disciplines;
• Have a mastery of the principles of project management and supervision;
• Have good communication and analysis skills;
• Have an orientation towards achieving results and an ability to work independently;
• Having a good command of the French language, a working knowledge of English would be an additional asset.
