The Open Doors Russian Government Scholarship Program, sponsored by the Russian Government, is available to international students interested in pursuing higher education at Russian universities. What’s new this year? The program has expanded to include two additional tracks: Bachelor’s and Post-Doctoral programs. Previously, it was only open for Master’s and PhD studies. This scholarship is available to citizens of any country. Winners of the Open Doors Scholarship will receive full funding to study for Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or Post-Doctoral programs at their chosen Russian university. The Winners are granted free early admission at any Russian university, without entrance examinations and with tuition fees, a monthly fee covered by the Russian Federation.
This is the seventh edition of the Open Doors Russia Scholarship project in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
