The SUCCESS CONSULTS firm is recruiting 01 Senior Trainer on the theme “FINANCE FOR NON-FINANCIALISTS” to provide training to company staff.

TRAINER MISSIONS:

Audit the level of need of learners,
Immerse yourself in the learners’ environment to understand their operations
Prepare and deliver training modules,
Provide post-training follow-up to trainees as needed,
NB :

The Expert Trainer must propose the main training modules and the training methodology,
The Expert Trainer must attach to his application his financial claims in terms of daily fees ,
RESEARCH PROFILE

M/F Between 35 – 60 years old
Proven skills in corporate finance,
Chartered accountant or minimum bac + 5 in accounting, finance or equivalent
Possess certifications in management control (asset),
At least 10 years of professional experience in large companies in finance functions,
Good command of Excel,
At least 2 years of professional experience in adult training in the fields of finance,
Good speech,
DURATION OF THE TRAINING MISSION

The training course will last between 4-6 days including learner assessment periods and will take place in Douala,
