JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the authority of the Director General, its main activities will be:

• Design modern trade business strategy,
• Participate in the design of the commercial strategy,

 

 

• Ensure the development of sales in turnover and margins of the company’s products on Modern Trade and HORECA,
• Contribute to the organization of the sales department,
• Ensure the development of the Modern Trade and HORECA segment,
• Ensure control of risks related to the activities of this market segment,
• Ensure the customer relationship with key account partners and supermarkets in order to retain them,
• Supervise the activities and work of sales staff and hostesses in supermarkets and various points of sale,
• Animate the modern trade teams throughout the territory,
• Coordinate and control point-of-sale delivery operations,
• Ensure competitive intelligence,
• Produce monthly sales statistics,

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

• M/F between 25 and 45 years old,
• Min Bac+ 3/4 in Marketing or equivalent,
• Min 10 years of experience in modern trade management in food retail (required),
• Significant experience in business development in the HORECA segment,
• Proven experience in the commercial development of luxury brands of consumer food products,
• Proven experience in managing sales teams on a regional or national scale,
• Experience in international market development,
• Mastery of the pack Office
• Loyal/e et courtois/e,
• High sense of responsibility,
• Ability to withstand pressure
• Immediately available
