SUNU ASSURANCES VIE CAMEROON IS RECRUITING

SUNU Assurances Vie Cameroon is recruiting LIFE INSURANCE ADVISORS (F/M).

Insurance advisors must target, prospect and retain customers in order to increase the network’s turnover and portfolio (individual customers and various organizations).

 

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

• – Prospect new customers and build loyalty
• – Conduct the sales meeting, from making contact to closing the sale
• – Manage the customer relationship after subscription
• – Set up a weekly prospecting program in synergy with his hierarchy, execute it and transmit the reporting
• – Participate in training, meetings and all activities of the commercial network

 

 

 

 

REQUIRED QUALITIES

• – Have a BAC or BAC+2 training, ideally in commercial management, marketing and business administration
• – Be a dynamic, results-oriented person
• – Have the culture of performance
• – Have a keen sense of customer relations and demonstrate courage
• – Know how to communicate and have interpersonal skills

 

 

 

ADVANTAGES

• The remuneration of the insurance salesperson consists of:
• – Interesting commissions on the business brought
• – A travel allowance
• – A communication allowance
• – An allocation based on objectives
