SUNU Assurances Vie Cameroon is recruiting LIFE INSURANCE ADVISORS (F/M).
Insurance advisors must target, prospect and retain customers in order to increase the network’s turnover and portfolio (individual customers and various organizations).
MAIN ACTIVITIES :
- – Prospect new customers and build loyalty
- – Conduct the sales meeting, from making contact to closing the sale
- – Manage the customer relationship after subscription
- – Set up a weekly prospecting program in synergy with his hierarchy, execute it and transmit the reporting
- – Participate in training, meetings and all activities of the commercial network
REQUIRED QUALITIES
- – Have a BAC or BAC+2 training, ideally in commercial management, marketing and business administration
- – Be a dynamic, results-oriented person
- – Have the culture of performance
- – Have a keen sense of customer relations and demonstrate courage
- – Know how to communicate and have interpersonal skills
ADVANTAGES
