SUNU Property and Casualty Insurance Cameroon recruits a claims manager
MISSION
Under the supervision of the Head of the Settlement and Legal Department, the Claims Manager’s mission is
to contribute through optimal claims management, to the satisfaction of customers and
beneficiaries of insurance contracts in accordance with the commitments made by the company.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Welcome insured victims of claims and beneficiaries of contracts;
- Record customer claims and claims;
- Provide appropriate advice for the follow-up of their files;
- Gather all the elements necessary for the constitution of a compensation claim file;
- Analyze claims files in order to accurately determine the amount of compensation that can be offered;
- Possibly negotiate the amount of compensation with the parties concerned when the situation justifies it after agreement of the Settlement and Legal Manager;
- Ensure that clients are informed throughout their compensation process;
- Propose the payment and/or service solution adapted to the needs of the insured and conventional management procedures;
- Evaluate claims files;
- Carry out periodic regulatory inventories;
- Prepare claims statistics

QUALIFICATIONS
- Rigor, organization, high sense of priorities;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize;
- Compliance with internal procedures;
- Willingness to understand the strategic directions of the company;
- Mastery of the technical management of claims;
- Fluency in relationships and communication;
- Ability to listen;

PROFILE
- Hold a DTA or Bac + 3 in Insurance| Right
- Minimum 1 year experience
