MISSIONS

REQUIRED SKILLS • Experience in retail and supermarket management• Leadership and team management• Financial, commercial and personnel management skills• Mastery of sales, address and sales animation techniques.• Mastery of office tools and commercial and cash management software• Excellent communication and customer relations skills TRAINING • Bac + 2/3 in Marketing, commerce, sales or management• Experience in distribution and coordination of at least 03 years required• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards / HACCP principleSUPERMARKETstock management methods (MS) RESPONSIBILITIES • COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT o Implement the main qualitative and quantitative objectives defined by the commercial policy: customer satisfaction and loyalty, turnover, margin, average basket. o Plan the store’s forecast turnover, organize one-off and seasonal commercial events (promotional operations: sales, tastings, various events).• Identify existing needs and new customer expectations, implement a local strategy, specific commercial action plans. .
MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE
o Monitor sales forecasts: turnover (all products, by product type), key sales indicators.
• Analyze results on a daily basis: dashboards and various indicators. o Identify the causes of slowdowns in activities, declines and losses in turnover. o Provide regular sales reporting to management.
• STAFF MANAGEMENT
o Define the objectives of his team, support its actions tending towards their achievement.
• Manage schedules, distribute tasks. lead briefings and sales review meetings. o Ensure the application of regulations.
• OPERATIONAL, FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT o
Ensure the opening and closing of the store.
0 Ensure the proper maintenance of the store (layout, signage, cleaning), supervise merchandising (shelves, departments, gondola heads, windows).
o Monitor the operating account. manage the cash register, the safe and bank deposits, participate in the preparation of the store budget.
o Control the state of stocks, supervise supplies (receipt of orders), prepare and carry out inventories.
o Handle complaints from customers, suppliers, delivery people.
SAFETY MANAGEMENT o Ensure the cleanliness of the supermarket’s facilities, equipment, machines. o Guarantee food safety, quality, traceability and conformity of products.
o Ensure daily control of product quality and permanent hygiene of the site.
