Description of the mission
Your main missions:

 Plan operations and implement rates.
 Ensure the maintenance of a high level of quality of service and the safety of operations.

 Apply AGL procedures for manufacturing equipment repairs.
 Contribute to the continuous improvement of standard operating procedures.
 Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures and standards.

Your daily activities:

 Participate in the planning of bagging operations.
 Size the teams necessary to carry out validated bagging operations.

 Carry out task allocation and coordinate teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.

 Analyze performance, underperformance and propose improvements if necessary.
 Resolve operational problems quickly and efficiently.
 Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual deadlines.

Profile
 Training in Logistics or other related field.
 Professional experience in the port sector and/or the use, maintenance, supervision of bagging machines.

 Significant experience in operational management and team supervision.

 Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
 Good knowledge of QHSE standards and requirements, particularly in a port environment.
 Organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy and initiative, flexibility and adaptability.
 Good managerial skills: maintaining team motivation to achieve objectives.
