Background
Impact Santé Afrique (ISA) is an African non-governmental organization based in
Cameroon and DRC – Kinshasa. Its main mission is to contribute to improving the
health of populations by implementing transformative and sustainable programs,
capable of saving lives and strengthening the health of our communities ( www.impactsante.org
). As part of its initiatives to strengthen the fight against malaria, ISA is looking for a
visionary and experienced DRC Technical Advisor with proven experience in the fight
against malaria and community health.
Job Description
The Technical Advisor is a key position within ISA, will ensure the review and
technical quality of programs with a focus on impact and effectiveness.

He/she will oversee ISA programs in the DRC. The incumbent will work closely
with the management team and ensure the strategic alignment of programs
and ensure their contribution to ISA’s mission.
Main functions and responsibilities
• Ensure the quality of the implementation of ISA’s overall programmatic strategy in
alignment with ISA’s strategic objectives.
• Guarantee the technical quality, effectiveness and impact of programs, by implementing and
collaborating effectively with the monitoring and evaluation team.
• Supervise and review the work of advocacy teams to ensure smooth execution
and compliance with international standards.
• Ensure, in collaboration with the monitoring and evaluation team, the documentation of
case studies and impact results of ISA programs in the DRC
• Supervise and coach the ISA team in the DRC.
• Monitor performance indicators and adapt strategies based on feedback
and results obtained.
• Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment, encouraging innovation
and professional development of the team.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with governments,
private sector, NGOs, international agencies and other key stakeholders to enhance the impact
of ISA programs.
Qualifications

• Degree: Master’s or PhD in Public Health, International Development,
Social Sciences or other relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in public health or development program management
, with at least 5 years in a senior position.

• Language skills: Excellent command of French, with strong
writing skills to produce international quality documents.
• Strategic leadership: Demonstrated experience in strategic planning,
managing large teams and overseeing complex projects.
• Partnership management: Ability to build positive and lasting working relationships
with institutional partners, donors and local and international stakeholders
.
• Analytical and organizational skills: Ability to analyze performance data
, propose improvements and prioritize actions to achieve
objectives.
• Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to work in a multicultural environment and
adapt to the varied contexts of programs in the DRC
