– Higher education diploma in industrial engineering or a related field

– Experience in the management of maintenance of agri-food production machines of at least 07 years in a factory preferably producing canned products
– Knowledge of the production processes of concentrated and sweetened milk
– Skills in technical management, maintenance and quality – Knowledge of production management tools, such as ERP systems, quality
management systems , etc. – Experience in energy and resource management – Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies, such as automation, robotics – Knowledge of the principles of preventive and corrective maintenance – Experience in managing innovation and new product development and having the following certificates:  Certificate in safety management (OHSAS 18001)  Certificate in project management (PMP) The Technical Director is responsible for the technical direction of the company, in order to guarantee the quality and safety of the products, as well as the maintenance and improvement of equipment and production processes.
