*TELLER/Cashiers Needed First Credit S.A./Advanced Level holders*

First Credit S.A. is a microfinance institution operating in Cameroon, specifically categorized as a second-category microfinance institution. This classification, based on the regulatory framework of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC), means that First Credit S.A. is authorized to collect savings and deposits from the public and provide loans to both members and third parties, unlike first-category institutions that are limited to serving only their members. This broader operational scope allows First Credit S.A. to engage in financial intermediation, collecting savings from individuals with surplus funds and distributing them as loans to borrowers, often targeting underserved populations who lack access to traditional banking services.
