Mission of the Audit, Risks and Compliance Department.

•  Conduct audit activities with the aim of improving the organization, governance processes and strengthening the effectiveness of the risk management system. 

 

 

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Participate in the development of the audit plan
•  Carry out audit missions according to the plan defined and validated by the Board of Directors
•  Ensure that internal audits are conducted in accordance with current standards, group audit methodology and best practices
• Follow up on the implementation of recommendations
•  Organize the permanent control system and ensure follow-up of improvement actions
•  Participate in the production of risk registers by department based on the risk management methodology
•  Participate in the monitoring of mitigation actions presented in the risk registers
• Participate in the preparation of periodic reports;

 

 

Technical skills :

• Mastery of audit methodology;
•  Mastery of risk management methodology; Training and animation of multidisciplinary groups
• Knowledge of the CIMA Code;
•  Knowledge of the insurance chart of accounts, a plus; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Ability to work in a team;
• Relational and managerial skills;
•  Knowledge and practice of the rules of good governance; Ability to interpret and understand legal texts; Good speaking ability;
• Excellent writing ability;
• Anaytical and synthetical mind ;

Training & experience:

•  University education BAC + 5 in Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, or Quality, you justify at least 5 years of experience in an audit firm, a large company, or a multinational, preferably in the sector insurance or bank.
