The ARNO Group recruits for the needs of its services: 01 HR Assistant M/F.
Position location: Douala
MISSIONS
The HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring the development of human resources and the administrative management of employee follow-up.
ACTIVITIES
-
- Ensure the management of health insurance (incorporation and withdrawal of employees, follow-up of claims and requests from employees, follow-up of reimbursements from constitution to payment).
- Monitor the integration of new employees.
- Updating of personnel files and maintenance of employer registers.
- Participate in Recruitment Management.
- Support the implementation of the training plan and its follow-up.
- Ensure the social animation of the company and participate in internal communication.
- Participate in payroll management.
PROFILE
- Level training, Bac +2 / 3 in Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent. Minimum 02 years in a similar position.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good knowledge of IT tools
- Fluency in English highly appreciated
- Knowledge of HR Management
- Accounting and financial culture required.
- Good writing skills.
- Mastery of labour law and taxation.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
- Demonstrate rigour, organization, dynamism, open-mindedness, diplomacy and versatility.
