The ARNO Group recruits for the needs of its services: 01 HR Assistant M/F.
Position location: Douala

MISSIONS

The HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring the development of human resources and the administrative management of employee follow-up.




ACTIVITIES

    • Ensure the management of health insurance (incorporation and withdrawal of employees, follow-up of claims and requests from employees, follow-up of reimbursements from constitution to payment).
    • Monitor the integration of new employees.
  • Updating of personnel files and maintenance of employer registers.
  • Participate in Recruitment Management.
  • Support the implementation of the training plan and its follow-up.
  • Ensure the social animation of the company and participate in internal communication.
  • Participate in payroll management.

PROFILE

  • Level training, Bac +2 / 3 in Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent. Minimum 02 years in a similar position.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Good knowledge of IT tools
  • Fluency in English highly appreciated
  • Knowledge of HR Management
  • Accounting and financial culture required.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Mastery of labour law and taxation.




QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

  • Demonstrate rigour, organization, dynamism, open-mindedness, diplomacy and versatility.
