We are recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager within the marketing department, whose responsibility will be to ensure the development of sales volume, implement and lead the company’s sales policy while ensuring customer satisfaction. .

Job Description

Here are the challenges and missions that await you:

Trade :

• Define the strategy to be implemented within the dealership to achieve commercial objectives and ensure its deployment
• Analyze sales results and establish commercial forecasts
• Manage commercial events
• Develop the profitability of the various services (sale/purchase of used/new cars, car rental, urban/interurban transport, car manufacturing, etc.) of the dealership and ensure its financial health
• Possibly suggest adjustments

Management

• Manage a team of salespeople
• Supervise personnel management (recruitment, hiring, training, management of paid leave).
• Guarantee the organization of services
• Ensure cohesion and HR development of teams

Financial management

• Establish the budget for this profit center by integrating the Group’s directives
• Ensure budget monitoring, analyze discrepancies, make corrections and trigger actions.

Profile Description

As a true Boss of your activity , you lead and develop your activity with high potential, in terms of growth in turnover and margin, by implementing a commercial and marketing policy adapted to the local market, by optimizing the management of your stock and providing customers with quality service .

YOU:

• Bac+3 Commerce/Marketing minimum
• Are recognized by your local management
• Have solid commercial skills in sales management and management
• Are adept at contacts and the field
• Master IT tools
• Have a strong capacity for adaptation and involvement
• Are a B license holder
• Have significant experience in a similar position
