The company AGZ GROUP Sarl is looking for development needs of its travel agency, tourism, transport and real estate division: 01 Manager of travel agency, tourism and transport.

Main missions: Ensure the commercial development and management of the travel, transport and tourism agency of AGZ GROUP Sarl in order to achieve the maximum sales.

Profile

• Required training: BAC + 3 level in Tourism, Commerce or Marketing.
• Required experience: Justify a relevant experience of at least three (03) years in a travel or tourism agency.
• Language: Be multilingual with a particular requirement for French and English.
• Duty station: Yaoundé with the possibility of being deployed throughout the network of AGZ GROUP Sarl.

Technical skills: 

• Lead the commercial and marketing strategy of the Travel Agency, Tourism, Transport and Real Estate division;
• Ensure the commercial development of the travel agency;
• Identify customer requirements and preferences;
• Plan and organize clients’ trips and holidays;

• Create travel packages or packages;
• Perform strategic monitoring and benchmarking;
• Promote tourism packages, travel insurance and other ancillary services;
• Raise awareness and inform customers in real time about the documents required and necessary for the trip;
• Book travel, accommodation and event tickets for customers;
• Ensure after-sales service, manage travel problems, claims or refunds on behalf of customers;
• Coach, animate and train teams;

• Monitoring of the overall performance and profitability of the Travel Agency, Tourism, Transport and Real Estate division;
• Keep, update and track the customer database;
• Build customer loyalty and monitor customer satisfaction;
• Master statistical and office tools;
• Create and nurture a network of relationships with tour operators and business partners;
• Ensure and evaluate the proper functioning of dedicated applications;
• Ensure proper record keeping and continuous reporting of the cluster’s activities.
