AP Moller – Maersk is looking for Customer Experience Intern .

Responsibilities :
Counter Team Intern: Manage the customer experience in all interactions with customers and intermediaries that come to the counter as well as supporting with issue resolution at the delivery order.
Who we are looking for:
- An undergraduate or graduate student between the ages of 18 – 30 years
- An educational background in Logistics will be a plus
- Proficiency in both the English and French languages will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and be proactive
- Strong results and solutions-oriented mindset
- Good Analytical skills
- A team player
