Job title Executive Assistant
Workplace : Douala-port area
Missions : as Executive Assistant your main missions will be:
– Management of the CEO’s agenda
– Monitoring orders from suppliers abroad
– Physical and telephone reception of customers, suppliers or collaborators, visitors
– Writing emails, letters or meeting minutes
– Classification of correspondence; and mail management (archiving, sorting) as well as updating customer and supplier files.
– Master World, Excel, PowerPoint software.
Required profile:
Gender: male/female
Level of study: BAC+3 minimum in international trade, secretarial training
Age: 25/35 years old
Professional experience: 3 years minimum in a similar position
Language: French and English required
