The company YKMA SERVICES, specialized in maintenance and industrial works, based in the northern part of Cameroon, is looking for two (02) Project Engineers for a fixed-term contract (CDD) of one year that can lead to a permanent contract (CDI).

Effective date of the contract: 01/03/2023 

Place of work: North/Far North/Adamawa/East

MISSIONS

The project engineer will be responsible for supervising the projects, from design to delivery to the
client. Its daily missions are therefore extremely varied:

• Establish a good Liaison with the client to understand their needs
• Ensure the feasibility study: equipment and human resources available, skills…
• Oversee all stages of a project from inception to deliverable
• Participate in the assembly of technical and financial offers
• Meet all the needs of the technical, financial and relational aspect, related to the current project.
• Ensure the management of logistics and the coordination of teams.
• Take charge of the management of the work schedule.
• Put in place preventive actions in case of unforeseen events.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary and technical constraints related to each project
• Work closely with QHSE to ensure that projects are executed in strict compliance with safety rules and guidelines

PROFILE

• The candidate must hold a degree in Design Engineering in Civil Engineering or Engineer in Mechanical Engineering with a good knowledge of CAD software, CAD
• Have a minimum of one year of experience in the field of construction or mechanical and metal construction project management.
• Knowledge of the industrial environment and the downstream oil sector would be a plus.
• Knowledge of QHSE aspects is a plus
• Be very versatile, ethical, rigorous, have a sense of confidentiality.
• Have a sense of human relations, humility and courtesy.
• Ability to withstand pressure and heavy workloads.
• Have a spirit of synthesis and good communication skills
