The main missions:

• Participate in the control and storage of goods upon delivery;
• Preparation of the ingredients necessary for the preparation of the menu;
• Prepare and serve menus on time
• Respect the technical sheets in the proper execution of culinary preparations;
• Ensure the maintenance of the kitchen and equipment;
• Scrupulously respect the rules of hygiene and safety;
• Make commercial animation

The profile sought:

• Be under 35 years of age;
• Resided in the city of Yaoundé or the district of Yaoundé 6 would be an advantage;
• Have proven experience in the field of catering.

The skills and qualities required:

• Rigorous, Organized, attention to detail and quality, love teamwork, availability, punctuality, honesty, be of good character;
• Know how to use equipment and different kitchen utensils correctly;
• Control the cold chain and food preservation methods;
• Know the procedures for packaging, cleaning and disinfection;
• Know and respect the rules of hygiene and food safety.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm
Monthly salary: 60,000 – 80,000
