The Hotel Vendôme is looking for 01 Director of hotel residences (M/F) as part of its activities

We are looking for a hotel manager for our new hotel residence. As a Manager, you are responsible for the good performance of the establishment and the management of your team. You manage the commercial, financial, managerial and technical aspects related to the establishment. You are also the hotel’s representative to guests and guarantee the quality of the services offered.

MISSIONS

•  Daily management of the residence
•  Management of personnel, recruitment and implementation of the organization of the work of the teams
•  Participation in the development of marketing (accommodation, catering, etc.) and optimization of the occupancy rate
•  Collaboration in the definition of the offer, service contracts, procedures, etc.
•  Customer loyalty and dispute management as well as monitoring of satisfaction indicators
•  Ensure weekly reporting to senior management
•  Follow-up of invoices and application of health and safety rules

Desired skills:

•  Professional experience of at least 2 years as a Director of serviced residences
• Experience with hotel reservation software, such as Hotel Soft de Barcles, HotelPro, Hotis, iPlan etc…
• Knowledge of how booking sites, such as Booking and TripAdvisor work,
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A degree in hotel management would be a plus
