The Hotel Vendôme is looking for 01 HEAD OF RECEPTION (M/F)

MISSION

Manager, supervise and control the work of the reception team

•  Ensure the smooth running of the various reception shifts and compliance with the Group’s procedures/quality standards
•  Ensure the interface with the various services of the establishment
•  Respond to customer complaints and requests
•  Manage daily receipts and invoicing
•  Monitor accounts receivable in coordination with management
•  Supervise bookings

Desired skills:

• •  Professional experience as a Chef Hotel Receptionist
  • Experience with hotel reservation software, such as Hotel Soft de Barcles, HotelPro, Hotis, iPlan etc..

• Knowledge of how booking sites, such as Booking and TripAdvisor work,
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A degree in hotel management would be a plus
