The HotelVendôme is looking for General Accountant as part of its activities
MISSIONS
Reporting to the General Manager of the hotel, you will be in charge of the following missions:
Supplier Management
- Verification of supplier balances
- Follow-up of regulations
- Management of deposit requests
- Control/validation of supplier payments
Client Management
- Follow-up of receipts / elderly balance / hotel cash registers
- Follow-up of customer invoices / various re-invoicings
- Management of customer refunds
Management of monthly and annual closings
- Monthly reporting verifications (balance sheets and income statement)
- Exchanges with directors and the accounting firm
- Involvement in annual closings
- Timeliness

Miscellaneous missions
- Preparation of bank transfers
- Follow-up of fixed assets (Budget and immos sheets)
- DFS
- Support for directors, explanation of processes
- Tracking hotel opening expenses
PROFILE
You demonstrate rigor, autonomy in your tasks. Ideally from an accounting course with a BTS or a license and 2-5 years of experience in the hotel sector
