The HotelVendôme is looking for General Accountant as part of its activities

MISSIONS

Reporting to the General Manager of the hotel, you will be in charge of the following missions:

Supplier Management

• Verification of supplier balances
• Follow-up of regulations
• Management of deposit requests
• Control/validation of supplier payments

Client Management

• Follow-up of receipts / elderly balance / hotel cash registers
• Follow-up of customer invoices / various re-invoicings
• Management of customer refunds

Management of monthly and annual closings

• Monthly reporting verifications (balance sheets and income statement)
• Exchanges with directors and the accounting firm
• Involvement in annual closings
• Timeliness

PROFILE

You demonstrate rigor, autonomy in your tasks. Ideally from an accounting course with a BTS or a license and 2-5 years of experience in the hotel sector
