MISSION

Guarantee the development of corporate clients in specialized products (Trade, Cash Management Factoring, Leasing) in a logic of improving the bank’s profitability

POST ACTIVITIES

• Define objectives for the development and promotion of specialized products
• Identify areas for improvement of existing products and propose the development of new products;
• Supervise the realization/review of business opportunity studies;
• Develop knowledge of customers: business sectors, products, development strategy, etc.;
• Define business objectives in coordination with markets;
• Supervise and manage specialized business experts under his/her responsibility
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of its teams and propose progress and evolution plans

PROFILE

• Higher education diploma (BACC 5 minimum) in Finance, Accounting, Management or Economics; or banking diploma (ITB);
• Minimum banking experience of 10 years in banking with proven experience or strong exposure to the field of specialized trades.

• Knowledge of domestic regulatory framework, local banking regulations and regulations related to international activity:
• Mastery of financing techniques and financial risk analysis;
• Practice of English for international clients.
• Mastery of commercial negotiation techniques
• Mastery of financial analysis;
• Mastery of office automation tools and software related to the function

Know-how and interpersonal skills

• Managerial and leadership skills
• Decision-making skills and sense of risk;
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Availability and ability to handle pressure;
• Relational ease.
