The International Bank of Cameroon for Savings and Credit (BICEC) is recruiting a Leasing Manager

MISSION 

Guarantee the support of Corporate clients in the structuring of their Leasing solutions and ensure the development of the GNP generated by the activity.

POST ACTIVITIES

• Develop knowledge of customers: business sectors, products, development strategy, etc.
• Organize the prospection and acquisition of new customers;
• Oversee the management of the portfolio of account managers in terms of: management, loyalty and development of commercial relations; analyze the customer and prospect portfolio; Identification of the need for placement of rental lines
• Manage the risks inherent in the contracting and release of loans granted to customers and according to the terms and guarantees required by credit committees:
• Supervise and ensure the speed of the processing of leasing files, modifications and customer complaints

PROFILE

• University degree level BACC + 5 minimum in Finance or ITB banking diploma;
• Banking or similar experience of 05 years minimum
• Experience in transactional banking of 03 years minimum.

• Mastery of the management mechanisms of Leasing and Factoring lines;
• Mastery of the Bank’s products and clients’ business lines;
• Fluency in English;
• Mastery of computer tools (office automation and various job-related applications), Know-how and interpersonal skills
• Managerial skills;
• Commercial skills (negotiation, sales, communication);
• Ability to design, analyze and comment on reporting tools
• Rigor and organization;
• Team spirit and open-mindedness;
• Ability to anticipate, dynamism and proactivity:
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong business sense.
