The International Bank of Cameroon for Savings and Credit (BICEC) is recruiting 01 Sales Manager
MISSION
- Ensure the provision of products and services allowing customers to carry out and finance their commercial import and export activities;
- Ensure the optimization and security of payment methods for Commerce operations
POST ACTIVITIES
- Identify the need for foreign trade and propose solutions specific to the needs of Trade Finance;
- Develop knowledge of customers in business sectors, products, development strategy, etc.;
- Organizer of the prospection of new customers and the marketing of the Trade Finance product range;
- Supervise the management of the portfolio of account managers in terms of: – management, loyalty and development of commercial relations;
- Marketer, in collaboration with the sales teams, the entire range of trade finance products: analyze the customer and prospect portfolio;
- Provide after-sales service.
PROFILE
-
- University degree level BACC 5 minimum in Finance or ITB banking diploma;
- Banking or similar experience of 05 years minimum;
- Experience in transactional banking of 03 years minimum. Knowledge

- Mastery of the Bank’s products and clients’ business lines:
- Expertise in international financing techniques and instruments;
- Mastery of international trade procedures and regulations;
- Mastery of instruments for securing international operations and risk assessment of bank counterparties:
- Fluency in English;
- Mastery of computer tools (office automation and various job-related applications)
Know-how and interpersonal skills Managerial skills:
- Commercial skills (negotiation, sales, communication):
- Ability to design, analyze and comment on reporting tools;
- Rigor and organization;
- Team spirit and open-mindedness;
- Ability to anticipate, dynamism and proactivity Entrepreneurial spirit, marked business sense.
